Privacy Policy

This page explains how More2sales Payroll (“the system”) handles personal and payroll data. The system is operated for More2sales employees and company administrators only.

Data We Process

The system stores information entered by the company: employee profiles, schedules, attendance (including biometric punch records), payslips, loans and cash advances, and user login credentials for authorized staff.

How Data Is Used

All data is used solely to administer employment, attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for More2sales. Access is limited to company administrators and the affected employee.

Data Storage & Security

Data is hosted on a restricted company server with HTTPS encryption, protected dashboard sessions, and access-controlled roles. No employee data is sold or shared with third parties.

Retention & Employee Rights

Records are kept for as long as required by Philippine labor law or company policy. Employees may request a copy or correction of their own records through their administrator.
